Description
Handling system for boxes or sheets.
Using this component, it is possible to move the workparts within the working range of the upper axis (from 3 m to 0.5 m). In addition, the arm axis rotates in three positions: 0°, 90°, and 180°.
The arm has four suction cups to grip the work parts, which are activated by a digital output. It also uses a digital input to report when a work part has been detected in the suction cups.
Uses the following IOs:
-Digital output to move up
-Digital output to move down
-Digital output to activate the suction
-Digital output to rotate 90º
-Digital output to rotate 180º
-Digital output to rotate to origin.
-Analog output to move the Y-axis to a specific position
-Digital input: Y-axis upper position information
-Digital input: Y-axis lower position information
-Digital input: rotation axis information in 0º position
-Digital input: rotation axis information in 90º position
-Digital input: rotation axis information in 180º position
-Digital input: piece detection information in the suction cup
-Analog input: Y-axis position information
